Run Reports

Feature Summary

The Run Reports feature in GSatTrack offers users the ability to generate detailed reports based on historical data, providing valuable insights into the performance, status, and activities of assets. Whether analyzing fuel consumption, maintenance records, or location history, this feature allows users to tailor reports to specific criteria and operational needs. The ability to visualize and analyze historical data aids in decision-making, trend identification, and the overall optimization of fleet and asset management strategies.

How to Use

Note!

Requesting too much information in a report can bog down the browser for an extended period of time. If this happens, try running the report again but with less data being retrieved. This may require running multiple reports for different groups or date ranges.

How-To: Run a Report

  1. Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Reports”

  2. Choose the type of report to run

  3. Fill in the required and desired optional information

  4. Click on “Run Report”
