How to Use

How-To: Use Two-Way Messaging

“Two-Way Messaging” is enabled in “Shared Views” only. See the “Shared Views” page for information on creating a “Shared View”.

Once the “Shared View” has been created, use the following steps to send a message:

  1. Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Assets”
  2. Click on the “Asset Options” icon next to the desired Asset.
  3. Click on “Send Message”
  4. Type in the desired message
  5. Click on the “Send Message” button
