The Waypoints feature in GSatTrack allows users to mark and log specific geographic locations, known as waypoints, on the map. These waypoints can represent various points of interest, such as destinations, check-in points, hazardous areas, or key landmarks. By using waypoints, users can enhance route planning, improve navigation, and ensure that assets follow designated paths or visit specific locations.
The Waypoints feature supports the creation, editing, and deletion of waypoints, along with the ability to attach relevant information or notes to each waypoint. This feature is particularly useful for fleet managers, logistics coordinators, and field service operators who need to optimize routes, track asset movements, and manage geographic data efficiently.

How-To: Set Waypoint
In the Navigation menu select “Assets”
Click the “Asset Options” gear icon next to the desired asset to edit
Click on “Set Waypoint”
Enter the required information using one of the following methods:
Place: Select the dropdown under “Place”, choose the desired destination, and click “Show”.
Latitude and Longitude: Type in the decimal degrees under “Lat” and “Lng” and click “Find”.
Address Search: Type in a specific address under “Address Search” and select “Search”.
Map Position: Zoom in to a specific point on the map, click the desired location, and select “Set Waypoint”
