How to Use

How-To: Use Email Encryption

Users can enable email encryption for all messages sent from the portal to email addresses outside the portal. Email encryption adds a layer of security to messages and helps manage sensitive information leaving the portal.

To enable email encryption, users must familiarize themselves with OpenPGP and use an OpenPGP Public Key when creating an Email Contact.

Email encryption is enabled at the Contact level, and each email Contact will offer users the option to include an OpenPGP Public Key if they wish to encrypt email messages to that recipient.
