Key Features

Key Features

  • Customizable Sorting Options: The Sorting Feature provides users with a range of customizable sorting options based on specific data fields or attributes. Users can select criteria such as asset name, location, status, date, or other relevant parameters to sort the data in ascending or descending order. This flexibility allows users to prioritize and focus on the information that is most important to them.

  • Multiple Sorting Levels: GSatTrack's Sorting Feature supports multiple sorting levels, allowing users to create complex sorting hierarchies. Users can define primary and secondary sorting criteria to refine the arrangement of data further. This feature is particularly useful when dealing with large datasets or when users require a specific order based on multiple attributes.

  • Sorting Filters: To streamline the sorting process, GSatTrack offers filtering options that work in conjunction with the Sorting Feature. Users can apply filters to narrow down the dataset based on specific conditions or criteria before sorting. This helps users focus on a subset of data, making it easier to identify relevant information quickly.

  • Live Sorting: The Sorting Feature in GSatTrack operates in real-time, allowing users to see the immediate results of their sorting selections. As data changes or new assets/events are added, the sorting is automatically applied, ensuring the most up-to-date and accurate organization of information.

  • Sort History: GSatTrack keeps a record of sorting actions, providing users with a short history log. This log allows users to refer back to previous sorting configurations or restore a previous sort order if needed. It facilitates easy retrieval of previously applied sorting settings, saving time and effort when navigating through data.

  • Export and Reporting: The Sorting Feature seamlessly integrates with GSatTrack's export and reporting capabilities. Users can generate reports or export sorted data to various formats, such as spreadsheets or PDFs. This enables users to share organized information with stakeholders or utilize it for further analysis and decision-making.
