Feature Summary

Run Reports generates detailed reports from historical asset data, covering metrics such as fuel consumption, maintenance records, and location history. Reports can be tailored to specific criteria to support trend analysis, decision-making, and fleet optimization.

How to Use

Note!

Requesting too much information in a report can bog down the browser for an extended period of time. If this happens, try running the report again but with less data being retrieved. This may require running multiple reports for different groups or date ranges.

How-To: Run a Report

  1. Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Reports”

  2. Choose the type of report to run

  3. Fill in the required and desired optional information

  4. Click on “Run Report”
