Feature Summary

The Send Command feature lets users remotely issue commands to their tracking devices over the air, without physical access. This enables real-time control of assets distributed across multiple locations, such as rebooting devices, changing settings, or activating specific functionality.

How to Use

How-To: Send a Command

  1. Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Assets.”
  2. Select the “Asset Options” icon next to the desired asset.
  3. Click “Send Command” and expand the desired dropdown menu.
  4. Input the required information and click the green button.
