Feature Summary
The Send Command feature lets users remotely issue commands to their tracking devices over the air, without physical access. This enables real-time control of assets distributed across multiple locations, such as rebooting devices, changing settings, or activating specific functionality.
How to Use
How-To: Send a Command
- Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Assets.”
- Select the “Asset Options” icon next to the desired asset.
- Click “Send Command” and expand the desired dropdown menu.
- Input the required information and click the green button.
