How to Use
How-To: Add Canned Messages
Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Add Item’
Click on ‘Canned Messages’
Fill in the required fields
- Canned Message Group
- Label
- Message
Fill in optional information fields as desired
Click ‘Create Canned Message’
How-To: Edit Canned Messages
- Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Manage’
- Click on ‘Canned Messages’
- Click on the ‘Edit’ icon next to the desired canned message
- Edit information fields as desired
- Click ‘Save Changes’
How-To: Delete Canned Messages
- Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Manage’
- Click on ‘Canned Messages’
- Click on the ‘Delete’ icon next to the desired canned message
- Click ‘Delete’ on the popup window
