Tracking Setup
Iridium Pilot can be used as a tracking device when coupled with a RedPort Optimizer http://www.redportglobal.com/marine-satellite-internet-firewall-routers/optimizer-satellite-firewall-and-wi-fi-hotspot/
REQUIREMENTS:
- Optimizer MUST be connected DIRECTLY to the OpenPort/Pilot. It CANNOT be behind a router. If this is not possible, please contact us for an engineer to walk you through configuration file editing
- Optimizer firmware version 1.10 or newer
