How to Use

How-To: Activate Tracking

  1. Logging Into Your Device

    1. Enable background IP by going to http://192.168.1.35 on the same network as your FleetBroadband

    2. Enter the following: Username: admin Password: satlink

  2. Configure Settings

    1. At the home screen, click on “Data”

    2. Click on “Settings”

    3. Check “Auto Connect (Last Successfully Activated PDP Context)

    4. Click ”Update”

    5. Now activate the background IP profile by clicking “Connection”

    6. Then, click “Activate Default Profile”

How-To: Enable Tracking

  1. Firmware version 1.6.3 or 1.1.2 and higher

    1. Activate the Tracking feature (one-time exercise) via WebConsole (Settings > Admin > Feature > Tracking).

    2. Enter the destination of 66.165.183.84 port 4769

  2. Firmware version lower than 1.6.3 or 1.1.2

  3. Send the IMEI to - support@wideye.com.sg for the Tracking Activation Code.

  4. Activate the Tracking feature (one-time exercise) via WebConsole (Settings > Admin > Feature > Tracking) using the activation code.

  5. Enter the destination of 66.165.183.84 port 4769
