Canned Messages let users create predefined message templates that can be selected and sent in a few clicks. This speeds up repetitive or urgent communications and keeps messaging consistent across operators, drivers, and other stakeholders.

How to Use

How-To: Add Canned Messages

  1. Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Add Item’

  2. Click on ‘Canned Messages’

  3. Fill in the required fields

    1. Canned Message Group
    2. Label
    3. Message
  4. Fill in optional information fields as desired

  5. Click ‘Create Canned Message’

How-To: Edit Canned Messages

  1. Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Manage’
  2. Click on ‘Canned Messages’
  3. Click on the ‘Edit’ icon next to the desired canned message
  4. Edit information fields as desired
  5. Click ‘Save Changes’

How-To: Delete Canned Messages

  1. Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Manage’
  2. Click on ‘Canned Messages’
  3. Click on the ‘Delete’ icon next to the desired canned message
  4. Click ‘Delete’ on the popup window
