Feature Summary
Two-Way Messaging enables bidirectional communication between operators and assets in the field — send instructions or updates to an asset and receive replies or acknowledgements back.
How to Use
How-To: Use Two-Way Messaging
“Two-Way Messaging” is enabled in “Shared Views” only. See the “Shared Views” page for information on creating a “Shared View”.
Once the “Shared View” has been created, use the following steps to send a message:
- Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Assets”
- Click on the “Asset Options” icon next to the desired Asset.
- Click on “Send Message”
- Type in the desired message
- Click on the “Send Message” button
