Quick Actions

Feature Summary

Quick Actions give GSatTrack users single-click access to frequently used operations from the kebab menu of assets, places, geofences, journeys, and summary panels. They reduce the steps needed to run common tasks such as adding items, importing data, and generating reports.

Assets

  1. In the Navigation menu select “Assets”
  2. In the list panel select the Kebab Menu icon (three-dot icon)
  3. Under “Quick Actions” select “Add Shared View” or “Run Report”
  4. Finish interacting with the Quick Action

Places

  1. In the Navigation menu select “Places”
  2. In the list panel select the Kebab Menu icon (three-dot icon)
  3. Under “Quick Actions” select “Add Place” or “Import Places”
  4. Finish interacting with the Quick Action

Geofences

  1. In the Navigation menu select “Geofences”
  2. In the list panel select the Kebab Menu icon (three-dot icon)
  3. Under “Quick Actions” select “Add Geofence” or “Import Geofences”
  4. Finish interacting with the Quick Action

Journeys

  1. In the Navigation menu select “Journeys”
  2. In the list panel select the Kebab Menu icon (three-dot icon)
  3. Under “Quick Actions” select “Add Journey”
  4. Finish interacting with the Quick Action

Summary Panels

  1. In the Navigation menu select an item like an asset, place, geofence, journey, or shared view
  2. Select the desired item on the map or in the list panel to open the summary panel
  3. Select the Kebab Menu icon (three-dot icon)
  4. Choose one of the Quick Actions that appear
  5. Finish interacting with the Quick Action
