Feature Summary
Scheduled Reports automates the generation and delivery of GSatTrack reports on a predefined schedule, with configurable criteria, parameters, and intervals. This delivers timely, recurring insights into fleet and asset operations without manual intervention.
How to Use
Note!
Requesting too much information in a report can bog down the browser for an extended period of time. If this happens, try running the report again but with less data being retrieved. This may require running multiple reports for different groups or date ranges.
How-To: Schedule a Report
Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Reports”
Choose “Scheduled Reports”
Click on “+ Add New Scheduled Report”
Fill in the required and desired optional information
Click on “Create Scheduled Report”
How-To: Edit a Scheduled Report
Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Reports”
Choose “Scheduled Reports”
Click on the “Edit” button next to the desired “Scheduled Report”
Edit the desired information
Click on “Save Changes”
How-To: Delete a Scheduled Report
Go to the Navigation menu and click on “Reports”
Choose “Scheduled Reports”
Click on the “Delete” button next to the desired “Scheduled Report”
Click the “Delete” button in the popup window
