The Map Tools Zoom feature in GSatTrack lets users adjust map magnification to focus on a specific area for detailed analysis or zoom out for a wider view. This supports asset monitoring, route planning, and situational awareness by letting users view data at different scales.

How-To: Reveal All
- Go to the Map Mode Indicator in the top right-hand corner of the portal and select “Reveal All”
- The map will quickly zoom all the way out, showing the entire map.
- Interact with the new map data
How-To: Zoom to Region
- Go to the Map Mode Indicator in the top right-hand corner of the portal and select “Zoom to Region”
- Click and drag a square box around the desired region to zoom in
- Interact with the new map data
How-To: Zoom In
- Go to the Map Mode Indicator in the top right-hand corner of the portal and select “Zoom In”
- The map will gradually zoom in toward the visible center point.
- Interact with the new map data
How-To: Zoom Out
- Go to the Map Mode Indicator in the top right-hand corner of the portal and select “Zoom Out”
- The map will gradually zoom out from the visible center point.
- Interact with the new map data
