Pulling Diagnostics Data
The Pulling Diagnostics Data feature allows you to retrieve detailed information from your GSatSolar or GSatRancher device. This data is used to troubleshoot any device issues you might encounter and to provide our GSE Support Team with a comprehensive overview of the device.
How to Pull Diagnostics Data
Home Screen Selection: From the Home Screen, tap on "Connect to Device". The app will display a list of all available devices within range.
Device Selection: Choose the correct device from the list.
Automatic Connection: The app will automatically connect to the selected device.
Select Diagnose Tile: Tap the tile labeled "Diagnostics" and wait while the app fetches device details.
Sharing Diagnostics Data
Once the diagnostics data is retrieved, users can share it in two ways:

- Share via Other Apps or People: Tap the button on the left to share the
device_id.txt
diagnostics file with an account manager or any compatible app or contact. - Save to Folder: Tap the button on the right to save the file either to the app's default folder or another desired location.
