Open A New Ticket

A support ticket can be generated in three different ways:

  1. Automatically, by emailing support@gsat.us

  2. Manually by a GSE account manager when contacting them directly via phone or email

  3. Manually through helpdesk.gsat.us by clicking on the ‘Open a new ticket’ button on the home screen on the dashboard

    3.1. Just fill out the required fields, providing all necessary information, pictures, screenshots, and/or files, and then click on the ‘Create Ticket’ button at the bottom.
