(NAL Shout, for example).
How to Use
How-To: Add Canned Message Groups
Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Add Item’
Click on ‘Canned Message Group’
Fill in the required fields
- Name
Click ‘Create Canned Message Group’
How-To: Edit Canned Message Groups
- Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Manage’
- Click on ‘Canned Message Groups’
- Click on the ‘Edit’ icon next to the desired canned message
- Edit the ‘Name’ field as desired
- Click ‘Save Changes’
How-To: Delete Canned Message Groups
- Go to the navigation menu and click on ‘Manage’
- Click on ‘Canned Message Groups’
- Click on the ‘Delete’ icon next to the desired canned message
- Click ‘Delete’ on the popup window
